If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return any item(s) in its original condition for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.  Please follow the steps below to complete your return:

 1.  Please send an e-mail to kathy@elementjewelry.com and write "return" in the subject line.  Please list the item(s) you would like to return by order number (found on the packing slip) along with your name, address, reason for return and specify whether you would like a refund or an exchange.

2. Package the item securely along with a copy of your original packing slip and mail to the following address:

3.  Return shipping charges will be your responsibility unless you received the wrong item or it was delivered in a damaged condition.  If your item has a value of more than $100, please insure it for the full amount before mailing*.

Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered or damaged cannot be returned.
